Julian Nagelsmann's ride off into the sunset is upcoming at Hoffenheim

Hoffenheim head man Julian Nagelsmann is entering his final months with the club before he prepares for a new journey with RB Leipzig.
While the talented young coach has established himself as one of the great up-and-coming minds in Germany, the 31-year-old's resolve will be tested as he simultaneously tries to keep Hoffenheim in line for a top-six position, while also keeping one eye on the very talented squad he will be inheriting in July.
When speaking publicly, Naglesmann will surely insinuate that both eyes are fully on Hoffenheim and ensuring the club clinches a European spot for next season, but it would be near impossible not to peek over at how Ralf Rangnick and the boys are doing with Die Roten Bullen.
The move by Nagelsmann was not so curious as some may think as this links up one of the game's best young coaches with a club that focuses on youth development. While Nagelsmann has been previously (yet loosely) linked to clubs like Bayern Munich, it is certainly more appropriate that he moves to a club like Leipzig where he can work to develop talent and watch it blossom at the next level.
It would be a great story by all accounts if this is how Nagelsmann's first division journey unfolds. A starting point of leading Hoffenheim to a rise from the ashes being followed up by an attempt to have Leipzig break ground as a new German power. Nagelsmann's ambition and willingness to try new things will certainly serve him well moving forward.
Whether it is utilizing technology to its fullest extent or creating tactical chaos for the opposition, Nagelsmann has shown during his time at Hoffenheim that he is willing to spurn convention for innovation.
How this all plays out for Nagelsmann in the coming months likely won't tarnish his legacy with achtzehn99. If he can drive this team to a Champions League berth in a very competitive upper-echelon of the Bundesliga, however, his burgeoning hype train will only gain more steam.
